Definitions for Our Policies
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
We, Us, Our refers to Cascade Wild Bird Feeders, a brand of Ideam LLC
Products refers to all items offered for sale on Our Website
Order means a request by You to purchase Products from Us
Website refers to www.cascadefeeders.com
You, Your means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Thank You for Your interest in the Products of Cascade Wild Bird Feeders, a brand of Ideam LLC. This Limited Warranty applies to physical Products purchased from Ideam.
What is the Limited Warranty coverage?
The Warranty Period for Products purchased from Ideam LLC is 90 days from the date of purchase. A replacement Product or part assumes the remaining Warranty of the original Product purchased.
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Ideam LLC will repair or replace, at no charge, Products or parts of a Product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will We do to correct Product issues?
First of all, know that We want You to be 100% satisfied! After You contact Us with Your concerns, We will contact You immediately to help resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Our Support Team may be able to provide solutions to common problems that will allow You to continue using and fully enjoying Our Products. If Our Team’s suggestions still fail to satisfy Your concerns, We may ask You to photo document Your issues and send to Us for review.
After We ascertain that the problems You are experiencing are indeed the fault of Our materials or workmanship, Ideam LLC will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or provide You with a new Product of the same type and value of Your original purchase. There will be no cost to You, including shipping charges.
What is not covered in the Limited Warranty?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem caused by environmental conditions such as floods, tornadoes, hurricanes, hail, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, or damage due from wild or domesticated animals, or any other malfunctions or damage not resulting from material or workmanship defects.
How do You start the Warranty Service process?
To obtain Warranty Service, You must first contact Us via the information below (email preferred) to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for You. You must include date, order number, and method of Your original purchase, as well as Your phone number and email address so that We may contact You in return.
All Items are eligible for return and will be processed if all conditions are met. Returns for refund are to be shipped at the buyer’s expense and must include a printed Return Authorization (RA). The RA will be generated during the Return Request process and provided to You as a printable PDF file. If applicable, We will send You a prepaid shipping label once the Return Request has been approved. The cost for the shipment will be charged to Your original method of payment. If You choose to use Your own shipping method, at Your expense, the shipment must be insured to the value of the initial purchase and sent to:

In order to be eligible for a refund:
- You must initiate the returns process within 30 days of Your purchase and then ship the product(s) within 7 days of the issue of Your RA. If the product(s) is/are damaged in any way, or You have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, You will not be eligible for a refund.
- Product must be returned in its original packaging (or packaged very well in another box with substantial padding)
- Product wasn’t used, or if used, was not damaged and was cleaned prior to shipment
- Product must include all original printed materials, including Manuals, Instructions, and Hang Tags, if applicable
After We receive Your returned product(s), our team of professionals will inspect it (them) and process Your refund. It is important to note that We will refund 100% of the cost of merchandise if the product arrives in undamaged and re-sellable condition as described below, but if You paid for expedited shipping during Your order, those costs will NOT be refunded.
If Your Return shipment arrives damaged or if the original packaging is missing or damaged, or if the original printed materials are missing or damaged, We reserve the right to prorate Your refund to the extent required to refurbish the product(s) as needed to make them sellable. We will provide photo documentation of any issues and will clearly explain to You the reason for any proration of Your original payment.
The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method You used during the purchase.

- In the body of the email, please describe the reason(s) You wish to return the product(s).
- You will be updated as to the Return Status through Your email address, provided that accurate contact information is supplied to Us.
The Order number can be found on the original order receipt as well as on ensuing email updates on order and shipping status. Note that without an accurate and verified order number, We cannot process any Return Request.
